Excellent Work, My Student Colleague!!!

This paper is excellent and has a fresh, positive approach
to organizational life and the human element. As a HOS
Fielding Institute student, I appreciate seeing works of
such caliber as it helps me in my quest and enables me
to make a journey that is sometimes with rocky pathways
smoother by looking ahead and thinking about all of the
good that our past has lent us in management and organizational science.
