I am working in my grade final job and the issue is related with a adecuate training and behavioral, cognitive and emotional factors that are involved with the post-training process.
Most of intervention (until I know)take only behavioral variables as target, but what happen with the thinking and emotional situations (like selfsteem and irrational ideas)?
I think this areas can determine the performance quality, in that way, the productivity levels and the satisfaction sense. What do you think about it?
