    Greetings

I just read through the past postings and am very excited about this forum. This is my first attempt so I hope I follow proper protocol. I have two questions, the first regarding the steps to starting a new consulting practice.

I am an Associate Professor of Hospitality Management with a Ph.D. in Leadership and Education (Not Ed. Leadership). I do extensive professional training (Leadership, Management, Guest Service, Performance Management, etc.)through my institution, but would like to begin conducting research and training in these areas on my own as well. Any bits of advice would be greatly appreciated.

In addition, does anybody have advice on moving into the Organizational Behavior area of teaching. My past degrees are in Hospitality management and Labor/Management studies. The Ph.D. focused on Leadership theory, but covered many of the same areas a O.B. curriculum would. What would you suggest for obtaining a position in O.B.? Thanks so much. Mark Testa
