Hi, I have the following problem. I have developed a compulsory behavior, and would like to deal with it myself, if possible. Can I do something against it with the help of meditation? I have had worked with lots of dangerous chemicals, have changed my job, because I don't wanted to work with this things any more ... But know, I try to do everything that I didn't come in contact with such things, I am very cautious, that nothing happens to me.
