I know of no evidence that meditation would help with parathyroid disorders. However, sitting meditation may help you notice when your energy changes. Chi Kung meditation claims to assist with balancing the hormone system, and some yoga postures purport to stimulate different endocrine glands.
Yet the endocrine system is certainly nothing to fool around with, and I would work VERY CLOSELY with your endocrinologist as you explore these various options so you can see if improvement is being made, or if you are reaching dangerous levels that will cause systemic disturbances.
