Ki is not the way to go. A excellant relazation technique is to sit in a quiet room and count down from 50 or even 100. Depending on how you feel. Then invision yourself sinking into the earth while you count down. Also keep track of the numbers already counted. When you hit zero you will be relaxed and ready for meditaiton
