I would like to thank you both for responding. I have approached some of my concerns locally; however, I like to hear many opinions. Perhaps someone in the forum audience has experience with a client overly sensitive to a clinician maintain an identifiable record. When I previously referred to the question of treating celebrities, I was not thinking of treating the client differently in session, but the hospital’s routine practice and provision of changing names on a record to prevent public exposure. I do not know much about the legality of this option. Perhaps someone can suggest a optional method of composing the content of a mental health record. Although I will discuss the issues with my department, I appreciate hearing the opinion of others. William Reid has wisely and cautiously approached my issues with the authority of a professor or supervisor. Da Friendly Puter Tech, was able to provide a different point of view. I will look into the book he quoted: Combating Cult Mind Control. The emotional control and behavior training in a religious order is run much like a cult.
