If the man changes his mind in the middle of the sex act, and says no, but the woman refuses to stop it IS called rape. Legally, the man can jump through the same hoops thart are available to women in order to take his perpetrator to justice. Most often men are better equipped to physically push a woman off than vice versa though. It is a HUGE misconception by some uneducated people to say that men are not raped. They are not raped quite as often as women, but they are still raped. Often in the rape of men physical weapons plays a part. It is always shocking to me when people argue that its not "really" rape because a person changes his or her mind in the last minute. It goes beyond all decency to act like "well, he/she deserved it for being there in the first place". NO, means NO right NOW. Gender, previous history, state of sobriety etc. has no bearing on the fact that NO means NO. Da Friendly Puter Tech
