Yes, if a partner in a sexual act says "No, STOP!" in the middle of the act then that partner legally has the right to do so, and legally if the other partner doesnt stop immediately when the "No" is said it is a rape. As a woman, this just makes sense to me. I dont care how much "in the middle", or how close the guy is. If I should all of a sudden get uncomfortable then No means No, RIGHT NOW. I cant believe a paper contract would be able to change that law. I sure hope not. Its ridiculous. Either way, if the two partners are close enough to engage in sex then they should also be close enough to be able to say Yay or Nay without hte use of paper contracts. Da Friendly Puter Tech
