First, I apologize for misunderstanding your original post. I thought this was a "real" situation. Second, where did I "blame the client"? All I did was ask questions to clarify the situation. Isn't that the cornerstone of any good debate? If we eliminate all of the possibilities except unethical conduct in advance, then what are we talking about? Where's the discussion? Perhaps I'm reading too much into your response, but frankly it seems somewhat disingenuous. In any event, now that the conversation has been sufficiently narrowed, and I've been properly chastised for making inquiries, the answer to your question is... Yes, it's unethical. Next?
