I just started with a new client who, since early childhood, has eaten few foods (mostly starches and sweets). Now as a soon to be single father, he would like to change this unhealthy eating pattern. He is actually afraid to try foods, although he would like to. After all these years, he's now concerned that his poor eating habits will affect his health. Also, he wants to be a good role model for his children in eating healthful foods. How can I help him through hypnosis and therapy? I have some ideas, but would like others. I may even do some regression with him, but not right away. Your thoughts?
