Hypnosis and Chronic Pain

I am looking for both published literature, research papers, seminars (preferably western US) or personal insight for the treatment of chronic pain, using hypnosis. I will be soon completeing a hypnosis certification program and would like to focus my newly acquired skills treating some of the chronic pain patients I see in my normal daily practice.
