You didn't sign your email and I can't resist the temptation to kid you that maybe you didn't provide your shipping address for the order...

I got my order in a little over a week. It shipped from a publisher in a different state than Phoenix.Also, I emailed Zeig/Tucker a question and got a prompt reply on the phone in about two days. So, I'm suprised you've had a different experience with their service.

Still, I can't imagine you haven't decided just to complain about this and not contacted them to see what's happening?
