Dr.Bob Large from the Auckland Medical School, New Zealand gave a fascinating and detailed presentation on the relationship and commonality between PCP psychology and hypnosis at both the Australian and New Zealand Society of Hypnosis last year. He would be a good source of information for your enquiry about PCP/hypnosis links I think.
