Elective/Selective Mutism

I have just finished a successful therapy with a 16 year old girl who had elective mustism of 13 years duration. It was a very interesting therapy process using Ericksonian as well as my own integration of other approaches. I would like to write up this work and compare it with others. Unfortunately I have been unable to find hardly any documented therapy cases of electively mute adolecents and would appreciate any help you can offere.
