That is something I too would expect to achieve (reduction of symptoms while in trance) and yet I would consider two courses of action...the first one would be paradoxical. I would consider asking the client to produce the symptom to a greater degree in the trance (where afterall, it is same and no one would have to know). If that is possible for the client, then some control over the blushing has been achieved and you could gradually ask for that control to be used to diminsh the behavior in trance (the second course of action). So, blood control biofeedback, as it were, would be achieved by first not fighting it. All this is pretty easy to say, not knowing the client or your skill set, etc. But maybe it will trigger some ideas for you.
