Dr. Erickson did not use tests in his clinical practice. His assessments were by means of interpersonal behavior and 'self disclosure'/interpsychic activity.
I am not so fantastic and I find that the Leary "Interpersonal Checklist" is enormously helpful to discern behaviors and resources that I might have overlooked. But...Erickson, while very scientific in many ways, was opposed to or at least avoided this sort of practice.
