hypnosis and burn care

Please provide a list of references and/or names of individuals who are working with Ericksonian techniques in the management of burns and wounds, from the immediate aftermath of injury through the process of tissue healing. I recall reading about two early hypnotic treatments of injuries and wounds by Erickson--while still an undergraduate--which accelerated tissue healing. Were there others?
