Disc

Last year Indian friends took me to visit the Raja Yoga Centre in Mombai. I had an excellent discussion about Psychotherapy & Yoga with one of the staff members who had abandoned psychotherapy practice to work at the centre.

There were 2 meditation halls. One large & the other with space for about 10 people. Both areas had a disc to focus on very like the sort that used to appear on old hypnosis manuals. There were no background sounds.
