Re:Longitudinal studies

One book you may want to check is An Uncommon Casebook by William Hudson O'Hannlon. The author has compiled over 300 case summaries including treatment length, follow up and results. It's a nice quick reference; not a longitudinal study per se, but helpful. Also, I would imagine the professional journals would contain additional resources.
