Thumb sucking treatment references

Hi Jeff and Steven, et al., Long time?! Greetings from Boulder Colorado... I'm looking for references for thumb sucking cessation treatment with kids; Ericksonian or otherwise. I remember something about "sucking the other thumb as well, and giving equal time to the other fingers"... what book (s) were those sessions published in? Anyone else done some good work with treating kids with this kind of thing more recently? I'm looking for some creative inspiration with a new case...
