This supervision workshop is a competency-based, small group training program limited to 12 attendees. (Some slots are already filled.) Each attendee will serve as a therapist for another attendee, a supervisor and a teacher. Dr. Zeig will personally supervise all of the roles. In addition, each attendee will have the opportunity to work on a personal issue with Dr. Zeig in a demonstration therapy. The training is experiential, centered on personal growth and development. Didactic learning is minimized. Attendees should be licensed health professionals at the Masters level or above and have attended workshops on Ericksonian therapy and hypnosis.
Jeffrey K.Zeig, PhD, is founder and director of the Milton H. Erickson Foundation. He has edited, co-edited or authored 15 professional books and 5 monographs covering Ericksonian psychotherapy, hypnosis, brief therapy and eclectic psychotherapy. Three additional books have been written about his work. Dr. Zeig's books have been translated into nine languages.
Dr. Zeig is the architect of the Evolution of Psychotherapy and the Brief Therapy Conferences. He is the organizer of 6 international Congresses on Ericksonian Approaches to Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. He is on the editorial board of a number of journals, and is Fellow of the American Psychological Associaltion (Division 29,Psychotherapy). He conducts workshops internationally (more than 30 countries) and primarily teaches Ericksonian approaches.
