Due to the overwhelming response by the caring citizens of this city, The Volunteer Resource Department of The American Red Cross in Greater New York is currently at full staff and does not require any more human resource at this time." But the quickly add this reminder, "However, disaster relief is a long and arduous task and we may need your help in the coming days. "
