I will just contribute this:
In my work with bedwetters, my success rate is over 95% with males, and around 25% with females.
I thought that, being a male, I might lack the knowledge about female thinking, but I doubt that is the real case since my success with female patients in sexually related problems is far better than my wife's (also a therapist) with such kinds of patients.
Just some thoughts.
