    Re:DTI - good start

    Basically, I would say it is up there with the best ways to learn that there are. But, remember, once rapid identification and modeling are possible, action, feedback, trial and error, and reinforcement are necessary to make what you've simulated your own and make it last too.
    And would suggest too, it may not be for everyone. People who act in a way others know as 'having good boundaries' is an important/crucial criterion for success.
