    Outlining EMDR processing is a pretty ambitious request -- so I'm going to refer you to Dr. Francine Shapiro's book, with Margot Forest, which describes EMDR for the lay public -- try amazon.com. Or for practitioners, Dr. Shapiro's 2nd edition of her professional book is just out.

    Dr. Shapiro posted earlier on the archives of this site reviewing the basic framework.

    If you still have questions after reading the book and reviewing the archives, pose them here and I'll respond to those specifics.
