I know that every person is different and you can't really give specific answers unless you have all the deatils, but I have a question.
My psychologist told me that after one EMDR session, my panic attacks caused by a car accident would go away. They haven't, and I'm pretty disappointed. Was he just being optimistic, or am I a slow healer? I was one of those "peachy keen life" kind of people, until the crash. Any ideas?
