depressed?

Ok,
I need some help, i really think im depressed. im 16 and im always tired, and im never happy. Today was my 16th birthday and its a happy time right? well im not happy why not? I also dont even know how tell my parents that im not happy. ive been to a shrink be4 and my dad wasnt to happy bout it so i dont want to bring it up again. i need help i really dont know how much longer i can last. i thought that once summer started it would be better but it only got worse. please help thanks.
