Re:Cyberspace and Cybercitizenship

In order to become a naturalized citizen of cyberspace, you will need to apply at the proper embassy for a passport and take citizenship classes. You will then be issued valid citizenship papers and sworn in as a citizen of cyberspace after you get photographed and finger printed. You must also denounce all allegiances to other countries in order to be a citizen of cyberspace. There is an application fee of one thousand dollars, however I am sure that you can make that amount of money after ten sessions.
