Internet use and procrastination

Hi there,
I am a fourth year thesis student of psychology and i am seriously considering doing some exploratory data on internet use and its aid in procrastination. I was going to set up a chat room and collect data on the people chatting - their reasons for chatting, what they would be doing if they wern't chatting and also some of the affective compnents that go with procrastination and the use of the internet. I am also interested in where the internet goes from mere procrastonation to detrimental interference in peoples lives and pathological.
Are there still chat groups being conducted, and if so , would anyone consider discussing procrastination and the internet? Also if anyone has any up and coming research on the topic please reply.
