This is an excellent question, Alex, and one to which we don't know all the answers. Personality types tend to be deeply engrained, so there will be some limits to how different people will be in cyberspace compared to their f2f living. Research seems to show, however, that shy people tend to more outgoing in cyberspace (due to the "disinhibition" effect).... I think what's interesting is how those different personality types might express themselves via "text talk."
