I think that you are not giving the human race enough credit! If the lack of personal contact between parties where going to destroy social structure then it would have already happened years ago! I feel that the Internet will lead to a healthier mental state for most as thier chaotic stress filled world becomes condensed into an easily comprehensible work station!
