searching literature or links about chat & psychology

Hi everyone!
I study psychology at University Fribourg, switzerland (sorry for my english!)...I would like to have some links or articles about chat and relationship or social phobia,...I would like to do a study about it but I have no exact idea what I can find about that subject! Thank you very much!!
