Virtual rape

I am writing a paper on whether or not the rape that took place in Lambda moo in Jullian Dibbel's article can be considered rape as in a crime against the mind or whether rape was not possible as it occured with no physical pain. I am interested on getting peoples views and opppinions on this topic to aid in my paper - any psycologist or sociologist oppinions would be extremely helpful! Thanx Erin
