A great site, Tom! I like the categorizing of "trolls." For those people who habitually find themselves engaged in trolling, it often turns out that they are what psychologists call a "passive-aggressive" or "oppositional" personality - i.e., they vent anger by disagreeing and arguing. Sometimes there's a bit of narcissism added in: "I must always be right and you must always be wrong."
