I mean should we put all that has gone before over the last 100 years to one side and treat Online Counselling as a completely different ballgame. Just because most current schools of thought are historically based, does that mean we should we be trying to emulate them in a new space (cyberspace). I've been reading Mom, Dad, Computer (v. enjoyable btw and I agree totally) but should we be even considering transferential issues?? Should we be leaving all that to real space therapy?
