E-volunteering and cyberbehaviour

Greetings,
I am a volunteer manager at a site offering online peer-support for mental illness (bipolar disorder).

I am in the process of writing an essay on the particular difficulties of managing online volunteers and I would like to have some directions on where to read more informations about cyberbehaviours, possibly helping me validating (or not) my experiential knowledge in the field.
