Control Mastery In the Netherlands?

I receive the following request from a am a 27 yr old Irishman living and working in the Netherlands (Amsterdam). He said that the ideas of Weiss et al. seem to make sense and he would like to try to pursue therapy along those lines. He asked if we
knew of any therapists in Europe (espcially Netherlands or Ireland),
who adhere to ideas of Weiss et al?
Or if anyone ever emigrated to USA with main goal of pursuing therapy? Can anyone help what ideas might you have? what about calling in for therapy???
