Confused and Confusing:The Need for Clarity and Direction

I had half-hoped that Jim would have responded to Vic's black boxes a long time ago. I became kind of dazed about what exactly to focus on with Vic's sweeping proposals!! I read and reread these postings many times, but as jumping off points (so to speak!) I found these ideas difficult to hold on to. If I spent the time and energy elaborating all this as Vic did and no one responded I would be upset to. These other issues with the Kathy presentation I'm totally in the dark about.

There is such a broad presentation of ideas here, one ends up feeling impressed with them, but in my case, unable to take any one aspect of this or that and talk about it. I wonder too, in reading Vic's and Jim's quite animated discussions in this forum, if we also ended up with a lack of clear direction and the feeling of a dead end.

I just finished reading Molecules of the Mind by Jon Franklin. Anybody else read this?? Of course, this doesn't have anything to do with Control Mastery Theory!
