Premature

This series of postings was motivated by Jessica's post (Worth the Effort!). Perhaps you might ask her why she thought they might be worthwhile. I welcome any posts on what I HAVE written, even though I have very little time to devote to BOL. I'm afraid I will have to ignore postings devoted exclusively to what I have NOT written, even when the points made are good ones. Please raise the issues once again at the conclusion of this series if I haven't answered them by then.
