While your reading of the literature on homosexuality is pretty close to my reading of it, you make some pretty broad, sweeping generalizations yourself. Are you sure that all those who view homosexuality as a disorder or who believe in conversion therapies are "homophobics, who are clearly so scared of their own bisexual desires [that they] find it comforting by making homosexuals feel they are somewhat inferior?" My perception is that many of them are simply uninformed or misinformed. By stating your views so strongly you sacrifice any chance of persuading them to reconsider their views and you make it harder to maintain a productive discussion among colleagues.
