As we come to the close of Polly's moving case, I want to take this opportunity to thank her for taking so much care in presenting her work. It is a huge task, but was well worth the effort, as we were able to closely follow a patient's progress in her own words. I encourage anyone interested in seeing Polly's words and understanding of the patient's dynamics, to read her published paper (referred to above) on her formulation of the case. Lots of interesting questions have emerged as we followed Kathy's work. I think that we will continue to refine our understanding and description of the therapeutic process as we go along. We start from many different vantage points, but are all looking to clarify what it is about the therapeutic process that is curative, mutative and healing for our patients. I look forward to everyone's contributions. We must be willing to learn from our patients and colleagues. Let the dialogue continue!
