    The uncomfortable feeling you describe is very common. I'd be willing to guess it is almost universal. I remember feeling similarly during early role plays. It helped me to focus in on improving one or two specific skills during the "session". I also found it helpful to open with a general open question that encouraged the "client" to lead the session. I found following the client's lead helped me relax and get out of my own way.

    BTW, I'm sorry so many pranksters are making light of a serious question. :-(
