Perhaps she could be referred out for a single (or short number) of sessions with someone who you know and trust. Present it to the client as an opportunity for each of you (her and you) to get input on the progress and course of her therapy. I recently had an intake for entrance into an amac group. I found the intake really amazing... I realized how used to my indivi t I had become. For me, that one session with a different t was liberating and challenging and had great consequences for how I saw therapy. Been thinking every since that clients should be bound and gagged and forced to see an alternate t every six months. It'd keep us on our toes, in any case... :) Mandala
