    Re:Schizophrenia and gravity, two modern scientific myths

    I"m interested in how your research on genetics and schizophrenia played out. In my relatively brief experience, heredity seems to play a part in bipolar, ADHD, depression, and a host of other illnesses. In my family, my grandfather was your classic bipolar, my uncle is schizophrenic, my mother and a brother have had depression, and I'm your classic ADHD Inattentive type. Granted that is anecdotal, but I've seen lots of clients that have a family pattern of these illnesses, and my supervisor emphasizes the hereditary aspect. What you say is just the opposite of what I've been led to think.
