I was honest - I said I wasn't a trained therapist and I gave information on where my knowledge comes from.I do have some expertise from my perspective, my expertise comes from my life experiences and my training which includes quite a few courses/workshops in the area of psychology, counselling etc. I have not gone further with this to become a fully qualified and licensed therapist.
