I wonder what response you'd get from the 'Shame & Affect Forum' to your posting. The girls will remember that they dragged tyres around the track above all else they did at school. It will be a talking point at parties until the day they die. It will be remembered by their children & great grand children. If they were to be harnessed up like draught horses why not have them do something constructive & productive instead? A high school principal here used to give students plastic buckets to collect stones around the school as a punishment activity. The stone collecting was noticed by the whole school community & did dramatically reduce the number of available missiles.
