    Schedules of Reinforcement
    Steven Nicely · 05/20/01 at 10:03 ET

I am a professional dog trainer and would like to find studies on schedules of reinforcement and response patterns. For example, it has been my observation and documented occurances if a trainer places a target in intervals and the dog becomes accustom to finding the target and receiving a reward in that time frame dogs will consistently respond as if the target was present very close to that conditioned interval. Mine are my own obsevations and would like to see peer reviewed studies in this area to help other trainers better understand that stimuli other than odor can and does become a trigger.
