Organizational Behavior Management

I have just joined in the discussion group and am a bit curious. I was directed to this site by a person that felt that I could gain insight here. I am not a trained therapist but I am a trained behavioral managemnent specialist. Is there anyone interested in discussing applied behavioral management techniques in a manufacturing environment?
