    I agree with Andrew Baker. This is why I believe a relational model which includes: dialogue, phenomenology and experimentation within the therapeutic relationship is not only key but central to allowing kids to integrate and grow into who they are; not who we as practitioners thing they should be.

    Gestalt Facilitation is what we try to teach our teachers, psychotherapists, and speech-therapists. Being real, authentic, and present is not easy to do and takes other training besides intellectual education.
